This smoothie is very filling, healthy and easy to prepare.

Ingredients: 

  1. 3/4 cup of organic frozen blueberries
  2. 1 loose cup of baby kale
  3. 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  4. 3/4 cup of Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  5. 1/2 ripe banana, frozen
  6. 2 dates, pitted
  7. 1/2 cup of ice

Instructions

  1. Transfer all the ingredients into the blender bowl and process until smooth.’
  2. Serve
